Acne, What Is The Real Cause?
You can use all the medications you want but chances are that as soon as you get off the medication the acne will return. Most of the medications just mask the symptoms of acne and really doesn’t do a thing to stop it. In this article I intend to help you understand a little more about what acne is. At the end of the day the most important part is what the real cause of acne is and how to stop it.

Your kidneys and bowels are two of the major organs that help to remove and expel any wastes from the body. As a result if these organs can’t remove the toxins fast enough that’s when the acne breaks out begins. Fat digestion is usually the biggest problem. Usually the liver can’t wash out the stored chemicals from the fat in your body. Another problem could be the accumulation of hormones in your body.

The livers main role in the body is to metabolize stored fat in your body into usable energy for your body. However if the toxins in your body build up faster than the kidneys and bowels can process them, then the kidneys and bowels get plugged up and then they don’t function properly. When they don’t work properly they then dump the toxins into the liver.

So now because the kidneys are overloaded the liver ends up being overworked. Because of this the liver doesn’t work properly. So now what happens to the kidneys and bowels when they have to do more than they are supposed to? What happens is that acne occurs. Toxins seep through the lungs and skin which are secondary levels of expulsion. This is when the acne starts to break out.

You may think acne is your only problem but that’s just the beginning of your problems. Every time you have a break out then it affects your lungs, liver and kidneys. Every time you have a break out it weakens those vital organs in your body. So what’s important to realize is that it’s very important to get help with your acne because of the negative effects it can have on your body.
